Harley-Davidson of Waco Return Policy
We want you to enjoy every aspect of your experience at Harley-Davidson of Waco and to be pleased with your purchase. In the event you need to return any item you have purchased from us, we want to make that transaction as simple as possible. Therefore, we have established the following policy regarding returns:
With a few exceptions, noted below, any item that is returned in its original undamaged packaging, with all tags in place, and with a receipt within 30 days of purchase may be exchanged for a full refund or for a Harley-Davidson of Waco gift card at the customer’s choice. Items which meet the other requirements of this policy, but for which you are missing a receipt, may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a Harley-Davidson of Waco gift card.
Exceptions:
1. Non-Returnable Items: Helmets, electrical parts, painted or primed parts, undergarments, videos, books, and food items may not be returned.
2. Damaged or Soiled Products: Products which have been damaged and garments which have make-up or other stains on them may not be returned.
3. Installed Parts: Parts that have been installed may not be returned.
4. Sale Items: Any item that is on sale will be refunded based on the sale price on the date of refund, regardless of whether the item was on sale on the date it was purchased. Items which are discounted 50% or more may not be returned.
5. Special Orders: Special orders may only be returned if we are able to return the part to the manufacturer, distributor or other dealer from whom we received the item. We will deduct shipping fees and any restocking fees which we incur from your refund or gift card.
